Appointments

The Jena University Hospital (JUH) seeks to recruit and retain engage, highly motivated outstanding professors. In this respect the appointments will finally define the quality of the institution as a whole. The appointment officer handles the appointment procedure of professors at the Faculty of Medicine on behalf of the Dean / Scientific Director.

Duties:

• Advice on compliance with quality-oriented appointments procedures in conformity with Law
• Organisation, instruction and monitoring of administrative processing
• Information office for (potential) applicants
• Planning, organisation and monitoring of appointment negotiations as well as professorial evaluations with regard to their procedure
