FZL House F4
Within the framework of the new buildings of the Jena University Hospital, a first research building, the present House F4, was erected in the first section of the building along the Erlanger Allee. The foundation stone was laid on 05. May 1999. With the inauguration of the building, on May 6, 2002, it was called the "Research Center Lobeda". The short form is FZL (German abreviation).
The FZL offers labs and cross-sections for experimental research as well as seminar and course rooms for teaching events of the clinics and institutes at the Lobeda location on 4 floors.
Central Research Labs MTI (Medical-Theoretical Institutes)
In 2008 the new Central Research Labs of the University Clinic were established. These are located in the area of the Medical-Theoretical Institutes in the city center, Nonnenplan 2-4.
The central laboratories comprise 6 laboratory rooms and can be used by all employees of the Faculty of Medicine.
