Advice on the use of healthcare data
- Should you wish to conduct research with healthcare data from the UKJ or across institutions, we are able to offer advisory services on a range of topics. These include data availability, application, review in the Use and Access Committee, and regulatory requirements for data use.
Inclusion of patients with consent
- Patients who meet the specified criteria and have consented to the use of their data at the UKJ via "Broad Consent" can be identified for research purposes.
Additional collection of treatment data
- At the UKJ, we facilitate the collection of additional data on patients for research purposes through the use of the REDCap electronic data capture software. Individuals interested in joining the UKJ REDCap user group, which is under our management, please contact us!
Research with UKJ healthcare data
- Following the submission and evaluation of your research proposal, we provide healthcare data captured in the UKJ documentation systems in interoperable formats from the DIC for research purposes.
