BD CANTO Plus

Similar to the BD LSR II, the BD FACS Canto Plus is a high-performance analytical flow cytometer. In this device three air-conditioned lasers (violet: 405 nm, blue: 488nm, red: 633 nm) are installed, thereby the BD FACS Canto Plus as well provides the measurement of up to 11 parameters simultaneously (9 fluorescent signals plus Forward- and Side Scatter).
