The CyTOF system HELIOS represents the 3rd generation of massspectrometric flowcytometers. It provides the opportunity of an analysis of more than 40 markers on cellular level simultaneously, and allows their quantification. Due to a high flow and detection rate, the composition of complex cell suspensions can be characterized on single-cell level within a short time frame.
