Landesgraduiertenstipendium – PhD projects
The FSU annually awards scholarships funded by the State of Thuringia (Landesgraduiertenstipendien). The funding period of these scholarships is three years; extension for a fourth year is possible. For detailed information please check the homepage of the Jena University .

All scholarships for medical and dental students require interrupting course work for the time of the scholarship.
Interdisciplinary Center for Clinical Research (IZKF)
The IZKF offers scholarships for medical or dental doctoral candidates for one or two semesters. The scholarships are usually announced twice a year in January and June. For detailed information please check the homepage of IZKF.

Jena School for Ageing Medicine (JSAM)
The Else Kröner-Promotionskolleg JSAM offers scholarships for two semesters within a structured supervision programme.
