Molecular Diagnostics
The aim of thist part of the module "Clinical Chemistry / Molecular Diagnostics" is
- to provide you with the basics of optical microscopy
- to give you an introduction into the principles of fluorescence spectroscopy
- to show you some fluorescence labelling techniques
- and to introduce you into several fluorescence imaging techniques.
Lectures and seminars will be given in the seminar room 1 of the building Nonnenplan 4, 1st floor, starting on Friday, October 21st, 2016, 8.15 a.m.
Practical courses will take place in the central labs (CL) of the Theoretical Institutes (Room 127) and in the laboratories of the Biomedical Photonics Group (Nonnenplan 2, 1st floor, Room 113+115).
