Full ticket with accommodation: 420,00€ (includes accomodation on-site for 3 nights - only in double occupancy; conference fee, whole coverage for 3 days (breakfast, lunch, diner); ship cruise)
Full ticket without accommodation: 240,00€ (same as above without accomodation)
Accommodation
Please note that the conference venue provides double rooms only. Please book accommodation in double occupancy and name your room-mate in the form below. Individual rooms are not available at the venue. In case you need single occupancy please choose option ‘Full ticket without accommodation’ and book your hotel on your own responsibility. Since attendance is limited to 100 person total and we expect a high number of applications, we might be forced to select applications. You will be informed 14 days after the abstract submission deadline, latest on 14 th of april 2022. Therefore please consider booking with cancellation options, thank you.
