The work area of our molecular genetic diagnostics group deals with the analysis of aberrations at the DNA level. Various methods are used both in the diagnostic area and in research projects - for example, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), Sanger Sequencing, Multiplex Ligation-Dependent Probe Amplification (MLPA) or Array CGH (see Methods).
